Sitting thousands of feet above the Painted Sea and nestled amongst the clouds, New Cog City is certainly a sight to behold. Tapering off from the face of Kaleido's tallest mountain, New Cog City rests upon a series of massive brass and wood platforms. The society is heavily steeped in steampunk and gothic influence, with the yellow tones using any excuse they have to implement automation or decorative brass features into their day-to-day lives. Next to the Cerulean Supercity, they are at the forefront of Kaleido's technological advancements, with the two locations sharing something of a rivalry with each other.
